Hey Triathlon is not that hard, it’s just a perception that some like to dabble with. I have put together an 8 week program that even the laziest couch potato can manage. There is no greater sport than triathlon! Simple! It encompasses the 3 great Olympic sports in swimming, cycling and running. Now you can also aspire (or at least daydream) to feeling like an Olympian by following my simple yet easy to understand tri program. Try it, you will love me for it! What do you have to loose? Excess weight, laziness to name but a few!
